German audio technology company d&b audiotechnnik has partnered with Grammy award winning recording artist Imogen Heap for her first tour in eight years. Heap was also the composer and producer of the music for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two. The live performances on Mycelia World Tour will be presented using its recently released d&b Soundscape system, which allows artists and designers to present more intimate and captivating acoustic spaces for their performances and events. Quanta Art Foundation has recently installed two Robert Juliat Cyrano 2,500W HMI follow spots into the Quanta Hall at Hwaya Technology Park in Guishan Township, in Taoyuan County, Taiwan. Personally designed by Quanta Computer chairman, Barry Lam, and built by Taiwan master architect, Kris Yao, Quanta Hall embodies an excellent blend of technology and art; it’s creation was based on the “Trans-Art concepts” promoted by the Quanta Art Foundation.

In 2018, Thern, Inc. is celebrating its 70th Anniversary and recently hosted an event at their facility in Winona, MN to celebrate the occasion. Thern is a manufacturer of industrial-quality hand winches, power winches, and cranes. At the celebration, the company took time to reflect on its humble beginnings, the many accomplishments achieved through seven decades of operation, and how its employees shaped its success. The BBC Proms is one of the most British of musical institutions. Founded over a century ago, it is an eight-week summer season of concerts, predominantly held at the Royal Albert Hall (RAH), with Cadogan Hall hosting chamber music, and Proms in the Park events held across the UK on The Last Night of the Proms. Making its debut in February 2018 at the Linear Ciack Theatre in Milan, Romeo and Juliet - Love and Change the World brings Shakespeare’s emotional opera to big city destinations throughout Italy until November 2018.
