In Memoriam: Ray LeBlanc, Drama Teacher, 83

Michael Eddy

I was saddened to hear of the death of my high school drama teacher, Ray LeBlanc. Ray was my first mentor in theater and I learned quite a lot under his tutelage when I was part of the Theatre Department at Columbus East High School from 1976 through 1979. Studying with Ray was what instilled my love of theater and his guidance set me on the path that I took through theater and to where I am today. I owe him quite a lot. Ray was the drama teacher at East High School from 1974-1995. Requiescat in Pace, Mr. LeBlanc.
