ESTA Board of Directors Call for Candidates

Elections for the open positions on the 2018 ESTA Board of Directors will begin on October 1, 2017. The ESTA Nominating Committee is currently seeking candidates to serve.

Positions to be filled commencing January 1, 2018 serving through Dec. 31, 2020 are:
Officers - Vice President and Secretary
Directors - Production Services and Rental Company

Vice President Todd Spencer, Secretary Tracey Cosgrove, Production Services Director Orestes Mihaly, and Rental Company Director John Cini have each served one term. All are eligible to serve a second term, and all have agreed to run again.  

The members of this year’s Nominating Committee are Chair Elmer Veith, Marilyn Hetzel, Jahn Hardison, and Bill Sapsis.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please review the Candidate Information document detailing the duties and responsibilities of all positions and submit the Self-Nomination form. To automatically add a candidate to the ballot members may submit a petition to the Nominating Committee. For a Director position, the petition must be signed by at least 10% of the candidate's relevant voting membership. For an officer position the petition must be signed by at least ten percent of the aggregate voting members from the Business, Organizational and Service Provider membership categories. The candidate will then be placed on the ballot if eligible to serve.
