In this Backstage Video from the Stratford Festival, take a walk in the Stratford Festival’s scene shop with Scene Shop Supervisor, Evan Bonnah-Hawkes and Head Scenic Painter, Duncan Johnstone as they and their teams build, sculpt, and paint the set for the upcoming production of Monty Python’s Spamalot:

King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table are off to find the Holy Grail. Along the way, they encounter the nonsensical Knights of Ni, a fearsome rip-your-throat-out rabbit and a surprising number of showgirls in this production of Monty Python’s Spamalot. This production will begin performances on May 9th, 2020 in the Stratford Festival’s Avon Theatre and open on May 29th.
