Michael Eddy • Uncategorized • April 3, 2019

This interview was aired during the March 30 Live in HD transmission.{youtube}v=oq7BXG8PyjQ{/youtube}

 Not only is there complicated automation to move the “planks” of the machine, but there are 24 stagehands, each responsible for one of the 24 planks in this set. In addition to encoders tracking the movement of the planks via the automation system, this information is also fed to the media servers to track the correct projection mapping onto the stage and set.
